Chef Patrick is a recent transplant to Lakeland from Manhattan. He has trained under revered Michelin-starred chefs as well as some of New York City’s elite restauranteurs. In addition, our chef has worked in London and Germany, cooking for legends of the culinary world. Settling in Lakeland with his family, he hopes to bring his culinary experience to the iconic Terrace Hotel & Grille.
